The Rules and the order of using the compliance mark of the System of voluntary certification of quality management systems in organizations of automotive industry are approved by decision of the OAR Council (as per minutes of the meeting dated 21.12.2017, No.90) and amended by decision of the OAR Council (as per minutes of the meeting dated 29.03.2019, No.94).

The document is approved by the Council of the Association of Russian Automakers, nonprofit partnership, (as per minutes of the meeting dated 21 December 2017, No.90), and amended by decision of the Council of OAR, NP, (as per minutes of the meeting dated 29 March 2019, No.94).
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The compliance mark may be used by certification organs recognized in the System and by the holder of a compliance certificate issued in the System, during all period of validity of the certificate.
Any decision on expedience of deployment of the compliance mark is to be taken by the compliance certificate holder.
The compliance mark is allowed to be used for advertising.
Enterprises that have certified their quality system in the present System can apply the compliance mark on shipping documents, maintenance manuals and packages, indicating that the manufacturer has certified its quality management system.
The certification organ, on the basis of a contract with the applicant, delegates him the right for deployment of the compliance mark.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPLIANCE MARK
The System’s compliance mark has descriptive difference from compliance marks of other certification systems, trademarks and other marks. It is allowed to reproduce the compliance mark by any method of application, in any dimensions. in accordance with the shown design, provided that its structure, proportions and content are preserved, and the letters contained in the mark are readable.
