LCV MARKET HAS CHANGED SIGNIFICANTLY

According to the marketing agency NAPI, in Q I 2023, the share of vans in the new light commercial vehicle market has significantly decreased, from 47.8% in Q I last year to 34.6%. Such a dramatic drop in the share was caused by the LADA Largus production suspension, decrease in the GAZ plant production, and the Ford Transit production termination. This year, the share of pickups grew significantly, to 16.2% of the new light commercial vehicle market. The growth was due to increased supply of Chinese pickups. In general, the new light commercial vehicle market decreased by 31.3% in Q I 2023.
